Don't be alarmed, this should be quite simple and we're here to support you. Let's dive in!
Alert
Please be aware that while the following steps are completed, Big Post shipping rates may be temporarily unavailable from your store.

1. Uninstall the trial app

You must first remove the original trial application from your store, so you can install and configure the new app. If you have already installed the new app, please uninstall it, before completing this step.

Navigation: Shopify Admin Settings > Apps and Sales Channels > Develop Apps > Big Post Shipping > Uninstall App

2. Install the 'Big Post Shipping' app from the Shopify App Store.

Once you've uninstalled the trial-app, you can then head to the Shopify App Store and install our app.

3. Log in to the app.

Please log in using your existing CIS credentials. You will now see the CIS portal directly from within your Shopify Admin account and will no longer need to log in to a separate portal.

Info
Please note that you may still use the separate CIS portal, if you wish, please see the new link, log in here:  https://cis.bigpost.com.au/login
Alert
Once you've logged in, please take the time to check all your settings are configured to your requirements and that your product information and settings are all correct.
While we took great effort to migrate your profiles, products and settings across to the new app, your available settings have changed and your original configuration may require some tweaks. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions or concerns about the new settings.

4. Add "Big Post Shipping" rates to your Shipping Profiles.

Once you've configured your new app settings and updated your products, you can now add "Big Post Shipping" rates to your Shipping Profile, which will activate our rates on your store once more.

Congratulations, the migration is complete!
